Acceptance of the Homosexual Lifestyle An Evaluation and Comparison between the United States and Other LocationsThe idea of homosexual behavior has created a modus operandi of responses worldwide. Currently, the United States has many levels of acceptance of homosexuality. There be places on this earth that draw the same outlook as the United States, and there argon places that are completely opposite. By looking at these different perspectives, the public could obtain some valuable points in the battle of acceptance. My objective is to give these old ideas a new audience, to show the wide range of acceptance throughout the world, and to compare the United States and other nations challenged to acknowledge a different life style.There are countries that have the same or a similar variety of reactions that are known in the U.S., such as Canada. There are supporters, but there are also many people who reject the homosexual lifestyle. One extreme to the acceptance of gays was illustrated when a Canadian politician made a comment intimately making homosexuality illegal. The National Post described the public reaction to this blaring comment, you could almost hear the collective coast-to-coast gasp of horror (Kay, 2003, p.A18). Even though this is one politicians belief, the Canadian mass media and market advertising try to make the gay lifestyle look as normal as heterosexual life. If they could richly succeed, it could be considered the, greatest PR triumph in history (Kay, 2003, p.A18). However, like the United States, many citizens of Canada are hesitant to give in. Purpose Statement This paper will outline the role of women in society during the Victorian Era and present some real life examples from the Womens Diaries of the Westward journey of 19th century women following their roles and at times having the those roles challenged by the diffifurorey of the trail.19th-Century WomenWomen in the nineteenth century, for the most part, had to follow the common role presented to them by society. This role can be summed up by what historians call the cult of domesticity. The McGuffey Readers does a successful job at illustrating the womens role in society. Women that took part in the overland trail as described in Womens Diaries of the Westward Journey had to try to follow these roles while facing many challenges that made it very difficult to do so.One of the most common expectations for women then is that they are creditworthy for doing the chore of cleaning whether it is cleaning the signal, doing the laundry. The McGuffey Readers mentions the wo mens duty to clean in a multiple places. In this handbook it gives clear directions to the woman on what she is to do when cleaning, This ordinance completed, and the house thoroughly evacuated, the next operation is to smear the wall and ceilings with brushes dipped into a solution of lime (Gorn 111). The book explains how it is the womens job to thoroughly clean the house once a year in a manner that sounds very laborious It further states, The misfortune is, that the sole object is to make things clean (Gorn 112). Hamlet and Laertes both are fatally wounded, the Queen is poisoned, and finally the King is poisoned and stabbed. Instead of only killing the King, Hamlet directly and indirectly kills everyone. Only Horatio is not affected, for he remains true with Hamlet even to the very end when he tries to poison himself in order to accompany his prince to death. Horatio is the epitome of fidelity, even his stoic nature melts away when he witnesses the commiseration of the tragedy of Hamlet.

After I noticed that I started to spread the word to my fellow employees because some of them have families and have to expect them with their job, so after I told them many of the workers searched for different jobs.Also I have been hearing a lot of talk about how that there will be no middle class and that there will be only an upper and lower class. People dont date that the Obamacare plan is increasing that gap tremendously because it is causing people with good jobs to make less because their employer cannot afford to insure them with the Obamacare.In addition while people are being part time it is cause people to go out and get jobs that they are stylus over qualified for just to support their families. Since Obamacare is a national government order that has taken place the promotion and marketing of it is phenomenal. Even though I conside r it to be pretty terrible, the way that it has been marketed that it was going to be this great plan that would help people that didnt have health care was great. In the short story Uneasy Homecoming written by Will F Jenkings, Connie is the first extension introduced in the story, and is the protagonist the antagonist in the short story is Mrs. Wilson and Mrs. Wilsons son. After we are introduced to the characters we are then led into the setting, Connie was being driven inhabitancy by a taxi as, The red, dying sun cast long shadows across the road (pg. 83), this created a picture that the sun was setting.During this cab ride kinsperson from her two week vacation, Connie feels uneasiness and dread, which help us understand the mood and atmosphere of the short story. Connie had a wire feeling about this and bein g al nonpareil, but she didnt follow it because she thought it was meaningless.Rising Action Three things that are rising action is when Connie finds some cigarettes buts on the carpeting in Toms room and starts to panic a bit, then she finds a lump in the bed not knowing what it is she starts to walk away from it, then she aspect and saw it was all the burglarys stolen stuff.
